Andrea Asciuti is a Naples-born pizzaiolo and founder of one of the most acclaimed pizzerias in London and across Europe. Raised in the birthplace of pizza, he developed a deep connection to the traditions of Neapolitan pizza-making from an early age, where respect for craft, ingredients, and technique is fundamental. Over 15 years ago, Andrea moved to London,  bringing with him the authentic spirit of Naples. After co-founding successful ventures early in his career, it was the launch of 081 Pizzeria that firmly established his reputation, earning recognition as one of London’s leading pizzaioli.
