Ciro Cristiano is an Italian chef entrepreneur and co-founder of Baldoria Group, which includes Baldoria and Beata Pasta. Born in Naples, he grew up immersed in Italian culinary traditions that continue to shape his work, with a strong focus on authenticity, emotion, and product quality. He began his professional journey in France, working in a fine dining restaurant on Place Vendôme, before joining Big Mamma, where he spent over twelve years developing his culinary identity and expertise in modern hospitality. This experience helped him refine a style that balances Italian heritage with contemporary restaurant culture. In 2022, he opened Baldoria in Madrid, a vibrant trattoria inspired by the energy and spirit of the Gulf of Naples, particularly the island of Procida, which remains a key creative influence. The project quickly expanded across Spain and internationally. In 2023, he launched Beata Pasta, continuing his vision of accessible yet high-quality Italian dining. Ciro’s cuisine is defined by precision, strong product selection, and emotional storytelling. His goal is to create immersive dining experiences that transport guests through the culture, warmth, and identity of Italy.
